Gap analysis is a strategic planning tool used to help clients identify current program status (including any gaps), identify the desired program needed, and identify the path needed to obtain the desired program.

 

NQS performs gap analyses for regulations, codes, standards, and major program changes to help ease implementation.  NQS provides assistance in implementation of necessary actions to fill gaps.

 

Additionally, NQS will review implementation strategies to ensure the program is robust and assist in developing and implementing any necessary corrective actions to help obtain program optimization.
